Virginia Real Estate Post-Licensing Classes 

Ethics Training for Today’s Real Estate Agent provides an overview of the Code of Ethics, including its role in the real estate industry and its impact on a licensee’s day to day practices. Taking this course will help the licensee be able to identify the Ethics and Professional Standards of Practice as they apply to the profession of real estate. Knowledge of ethical behavior standards helps ensure that all aspects of the real estate transaction are taking place with the client/customer’s best interests and protections in mind.

This course is approved for the required two-hour post course on the topic of fair housing. Fair and equitable treatment in housing and real estate transactions is a right by law and licensees need to know how to comply with these laws and ensure consumers are treated fairly and without discrimination. By completing this course, licensees will discover how civil rights and fair housing laws have evolved; and, how to comply with the Fair Housing Act, Virginia Fair Housing Law, and Americans with Disabilities Act.
