This course covers all the subjects mandated by the Missouri Real Estate Commission. It includes instruction in real estate law, types of interest and ownership in real estate, homeownership, legal descriptions, titles, liens, taxes, encumbrances, listing advertisement, appraisal, finance, closings, and professional codes of ethics.
