Real estate agents need to renew their licenses at regular intervals as a requirement by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. The process of renewing your real estate license in Pennsylvania is fairly simple and includes the following steps: 

01. Complete your Pennsylvania Real Estate CE Course.

The first step towards your Pennsylvania real estate license is completing the required state-approved Pennsylvania Continuing Education course. 

02. Complete your Pennsylvania real estate license renewal application.
