  • Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
  • Going Green: Elements of an Eco-friendly Home: Nearly 40% of home buyers consider energy efficient features to be “very important.” This course will help you guide homebuyers in their search with insights on how to reduce their environmental footprint, costs of sustainable homes, and pros and cons of eco-friendly materials and homes.

How to renew a Real Estate License in Minnesota

Real estate agents need to renew their licenses at regular intervals as a requirement by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The process of renewing your real estate license in Minnesota is fairly simple and includes the following steps: 

01. Complete your Minnesota Real Estate CE Course.

The first step towards your Minnesota real estate license is completing the required state-approved Minnesota Continuing Education course. 

02. Complete your Minnesota real estate license renewal application .

Once you have completed your continuing education course and course exam, you need to go to the Minnesota Department of Commerce website and update your course completion numbers. 

03. Pay the Minnesota real estate license renewal fees.

Lastly, you need to pay the renewal fees to complete the renewal process.
