Courses:

• Virginia Broker Management (OC): This course will give you the confidence and skills to successfully manage a real estate brokerage firm.
• OC: Virginia Law Combo (6 hour): This course is designed to fulfill six hours of real estate continuing education credit in the state of Virginia. The objective of this course to provide students with an overview of mandatory topics, including Fair Housing, Contract Law and Agency Law.
• OC: VA Legal Update: This course covers changes relating to continuing education requirements, license reciprocity, appraisal, common interest communities, leasing, settlement, and tax exemptions for disabled veterans. Also crucial to a licensee’s understanding is the National Flood Insurance Program, flood hazard area mapping, and how flooding issues can impact a real estate transaction. Case studies and examples help bring the content to life and help licensees apply ethics to their real estate practice.
• May the Code Be With You (OC): This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate. This course may be approvable for REALTORS® interested in fulfilling NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. To find out, check with your local REALTORS® association.
• Educating Homebuyers (OC): This course provides the tools, techniques, and insights needed to guide buyers through the homebuying process. Help buyers find homes in the current market, prepare finances, negotiate, and more.
• Educating Sellers (OC): This course provides the tools, techniques, and insights needed to guide buyers through the homebuying process. Help buyers find homes in the current market, prepare finances, negotiate, and more.
