  • 2025-2026 TREC Broker Responsibility: The 2025-2026 TREC Broker Responsibility course delves into numerous key topics beneath the umbrella of broker responsibility. Chapter 1 covers the key elements regarding the supervision and structure of a Texas real estate brokerage, including coaching, working with unlicensed assistants, assigning mentors, and more. Chapter 2 focuses on the importance of keeping updated policies and procedures for a brokerage. Chapter 3 tackles the required competencies for all Texas license holders: geographic competency, subject matter competency, and TREC contract form competency, and how brokers can ensure their sponsored sales agents achieve each. Chapter 4 turns its focus to a real estate broker’s daily business, including advertising and social media, using artificial intelligence (AI), BPOs, CMAs, and appraisals, and continuing education requirements. Chapter 5 is all about TREC enforcement, spanning everything from the top TREC complaint categories and common enforcement violations, to TREC’s new Advertising Compliance Program and numerous case studies regarding licensee violations.
  • 2024-2025 Texas Legal Update Part 1: This course offers an in-depth exploration of various laws, regulations, and guidelines that directly impact the daily operations of license holders. Real-world scenarios and case studies are incorporated throughout the course to demonstrate practical applications of key concepts and highlight the potential consequences when license holders fail to adhere to these standards.
  • 2024-2025 Texas Legal Update Part 2: This course delves into three main topics: the Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct, water and mineral rights in Texas, and ad valorem tax best practices and guidelines. Within this four-hour course, the focus is on reinforcing the ethical and fiduciary responsibilities that license holders have towards their clients. It also highlights the legal constraints that come with a real estate license and the importance of referring clients to licensed and experienced professionals when dealing with subjects outside one's expertise.
  • A New Look at Contract Law: In this course, expect to gain valuable insights on real estate contract history, evolution, and definitions and how to apply these learnings to the various forms and formats. Additionally, you'll cover the legal angles including contract breach and Statute of Frauds.
  • Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
