Texas Residential Property Management

The Texas Property Management online course is designed to meet the 30-hour curriculum requirements as set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Broad topics include an Overview of Property Management; Federal, State, and Local Laws; Management Operations; Marketing and Analysis; Tenant Relations; Single-Family Residential Leases; Commercial Leasing; Maintenance and Construction; and Managing Safety and Risk. The course mixes presentation of facts, concepts, math, key terms, real-life examples, and case law learning scenarios to illustrate the topics being taught, as well as knowledge checks for self-assessment. Each chapter includes a required quiz that students must pass before continuing to the next chapter. There is also a comprehensive final exam.
