  • 2024-2025 Texas Legal Update Part 2: This course delves into three main topics: the Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct, water and mineral rights in Texas, and ad valorem tax best practices and guidelines. Within this four-hour course, the focus is on reinforcing the ethical and fiduciary responsibilities that license holders have towards their clients. It also highlights the legal constraints that come with a real estate license and the importance of referring clients to licensed and experienced professionals when dealing with subjects outside one's expertise.
  • A New Look at Contract Law: In this course, expect to gain valuable insights on real estate contract history, evolution, and definitions and how to apply these learnings to the various forms and formats. Additionally, you'll cover the legal angles including contract breach and Statute of Frauds.
  • Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
