- Reasonable Care and Diligence Core Course: This course is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for the 3 hour CE core course requirement. This course focuses on a licensee’s duty, in compliance with state laws and rules, to provide reasonable care and diligence to customers and clients ensuring students understand their duties specific to consumer and property identification, property disclosure, and explaining important documents.
- Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
- Fair Housing: Understand key points and historical insights on both federal and state-specific fair housing laws. Course highlights include housing law developments throughout history, advertising policies, and how to stay clear of discriminatory practices.
