- 7/1/2024-6/30/2025 MN Salesperson & Broker Required Module: This course is approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for the 3.75 hour CE module course requirement for the 2024-2025 renewal period. To ensure compliance with legal standards that mitigate risk, the course reviews requirements mandated by Minnesota statutes specific to licensing, disclosure, contracts, negotiations, trust accounts, and cancellations. Also covered are licensing resources and procedures provided by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
- Minnesota Agency Law and Fair Housing: This course explores the rules and laws regarding agency relationships.
