Courses:
  • 7/1/2024-6/30/2025 MN Salesperson & Broker Required Module: This course is approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for the 3.75 hour CE module course requirement for the 2024-2025 renewal period. To ensure compliance with legal standards that mitigate risk, the course reviews requirements mandated by Minnesota statutes specific to licensing, disclosure, contracts, negotiations, trust accounts, and cancellations. Also covered are licensing resources and procedures provided by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
  • Ethics in the Age of Disruption: This course trains and instructs REALTORS® on the practical application of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and fulfills the REALTOR® Triennial Ethics Requirement. Every three years, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course to stay in good standing with their local, state, and national associations.
  • Going Green: Elements of an Eco-friendly Home: Nearly 40% of home buyers consider energy efficient features to be "very important." This course will help you guide homebuyers in their search with insights on how to reduce their environmental footprint, costs of sustainable homes, and pros and cons of eco-friendly materials and homes.
  • Property Condition Discovery and Disclosure Compliance: This course covers information to aid real estate licensees in better understanding how to comply with the laws the govern real estate property condition disclosure. This course covers the obligations of sellers, buyers, and agents in the discovery and disclosure of residential property conditions. Focus is given to requirements for making environmental hazard disclosures and handling stigmatized property disclosure exceptions.
  • Serving Generational Clients: Real estate professionals need to stay aware of demographic shifts that impact consumers' home buying and selling. This course focuses on the demographics and home buying and selling trends for six generation groups: Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, and Generations X, Y, Z, and A. Based on four important generation home buying trends, specific focus is given to environmentally-friendly home features, multi-generational home solutions, planned unit developments, and first-time home buyer preparedness.
