The purpose of this course is to ensure that Iowa real estate brokers and salespersons remain informed about the latest laws, regulations, and rules that govern their profession.
  • Iowa Ethics: Navigating Moral Landscapes: This course is approved for 4-hours of CE for Iowa real estate licensees. The purpose of this course is to provide licensees with the knowledge and skills to better handle situations where an agent's duty to act in their client's best interest may conflict with other legal and professional obligations. As part of this course, you will learn how to fulfill your duty to provide fair housing and protect consumer information. You will also learn how to use effective communication skills to better meet the individualized needs of clients.
  • May the Code Be With You: This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate. This course may be approvable for REALTORS® interested in fulfilling NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. To find out, check with your local REALTORS® association.
