Courses:
- Utah Real Estate New Agent 12-hour Core: This course is designed to fulfill twelve hours of education for new agents in the state of Utah. This course will cover many topics in detail that new agents should be familiar with such as agency law, ethics, communication, fair housing laws, various types of contracts as well as laws pertaining to Utah.
- Utah Mandatory Residential Course: This course covers topics associated with agency relationships, agreements, and fiduciary duties for Utah licensees. You will learn about the importance of correctly handling your client’s earnest money deposits, adding various conditions and contingencies to protect your client’s best interests, and making sure that you and any other licensee involved in the transaction properly disclose all known or potential property defects after better understanding which forms to select. You will also learn about the most effective and legal ways to advertise to find clients and how to minimize any risks associated with your client’s deals.
- May the Code Be With You: This course covers the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ethical practices, and decision-making in real estate. This course may be approvable for REALTORS® interested in fulfilling NAR's Code of Ethics requirement. To find out, check with your local REALTORS® association.
