Her first-hand experience even earned her stripes for closing over 250 transactions (buyer and sellers) as a solo agent in just under three years.

    BJ has held a broker’s license for 36 years. Currently, he is president of Rosow Education and a broker associate for Rosow Realtors. His family has been involved in real estate for 91 years since his grandmother started her company in 1927. BJ’s real estate teaching career started in 1981. He has written training manuals and curriculum for numerous real estate schools and firms. He was also a regular guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to real estate, BJ is a successful entrepreneur, building a $60 million company from the ground up.

    Leigh Anne Losh is a 14-year veteran of the real estate industry and currently works at Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate based in Waynesboro. In her tenure, she has represented clients across the Shenandoah Valley in over 475 real estate transactions. She studied business marketing at James Madison University and, afterward, began work in title underwriting and settlement services. Passionate about contract law and marketing, Leigh Anne has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. In 2022, she earned her license to teach real estate and currently teaches the Principles of Real Estate pre-licensing course with Colibri Real Estate.

    Lisa Stull has been in the real estate industry since 2003. She has worked as a realtor, assistant manager, associate broker, and real estate instructor. Licensed in both Michigan and Virginia, Lisa is passionate about helping students pass Colibri Real Estate’s pre-licensing course and state exam. She has been a teacher, trainer, and coach in various fields for over 25 years, including in the public school system and the Dept of Defense school system. Currently, she also instructs English-as-a-second-language students, as well as swim lessons and water aerobics.

    Sarah Santa Ana has found success in real estate for over 20 years. Working with more than 1,000 transactions, Sarah built her own brokerage from the ground up. Currently, she teaches Virginia real estate pre-licensing classes and works/teaches at Move4Free Realty, where she produces millions of dollars in transactions annually.
