Belinda has been an active real estate agent for 30 years, specifically in residential real estate. As a distinguished teacher in real estate education for 24 years — including writing real estate content — she currently teaches livestream classes for Colibri Real Estate. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, Belinda integrates a strong work ethic, mixed with a little humor, into her classrooms. Belinda currently holds a Certified Long Distance Learning Instructor certificate, as well as a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

Licensed to teach in: PennsylvaniaHeidi M. Brush is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania (real estate sales). She earned her Ph.D. in communications from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She has extensive teaching and communications experience, which she draws upon heavily in her real estate business. Heidi taught at several universities, including University of New Hampshire, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Penn State University. James Vargo
Licensed to teach in: PennsylvaniaJames Vargo currently teaches real estate courses for both Colibri Real Estate and its sister school in Ohio, Hondros College. He teaches pre-licensing courses for Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Washington; he also teaches continuing education and post-licensing courses. James has been connected to Hondros for over 30 years, teaching real estate at the school since 1990. Additionally, he’s been a practicing attorney in Ohio since 1983, involved primarily in estate planning and real estate. He obtained his Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) in 2021; James is also a member of the REEA and earned the Distinguished Faculty title by Hondros College. -

Noel Sleilati
Noel is a native of New York State’s Southern Tier and has always had a passion for educating others. He obtained two bachelor’s degrees from Syracuse University in mathematics and linguistics, then went on to pursue a master’s degree in teaching from State University of New York-Cortland with a concentration in mathematics. When he isn’t teaching in the real estate world, Noel continues to tutor students in grades 8-12 with various math topics.
