    A native of Baltimore, CasSandra is currently an instructor for Maryland pre-licensing; she is also a licensed title producer/loan signing agent in Maryland. Her career in real estate began after she ended a career in construction and facilities management for the federal government. She holds real estate licenses in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Well equipped with tactical action, planning and research precision, and a reverent voice to make her clients feel heard, CasSandra is committed to getting keys in clients’ hands. She brings this same passion to the classroom.

    Jacqueline has been in real estate for over 20 years. She’s licensed as an agent in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and D.C. In her career, Jacqueline regularly works with investors, whether they are buying investment properties, primary residences, or second homes.

    Jenny has over 15 years in real estate investing experience. She has been a licensed sales agent since 2018 and has earned her GRI and SRES designations from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Jenny is also a Gold Standard Instructor through the Real Estate Educators Association. Along with her real estate experience, Jenny has an extensive background in information technology, systems management/development, and project management. She earned her master’s from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in adult learning theory, instructional design, and human performance. She loves to teach and share her knowledge and experience so others may benefit as they start begin their own real estate journey.

    Naomi Evans

    Naomi has been a licensed realtor in Maryland for roughly 20 years; recently, she obtained her real estate broker’s license. She practices residential and commercial real estate, and she’s served many buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners in realizing their real estate goals. Naomi hopes to expand her business to operate in the state of Georgia. She has a bacehlor’s of science from Morgan State University and is currently pursuing a master’s of science in real estate infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University.
