In his tenure, Craig has closed more than 800 transactions. He is a licensed managing broker in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and California; he is also a nationally licensed mortgage loan originator. For 20 years, Craig has been a Chapter S business owner. Currently, he’s a certified instructor in both pre-licensing and continuing education.

    Nonye Ononogbu has been a licensed Illinois real estate instructor since 2018. She received her broker license in 2016 and her managing broker license in 2020. She currently serves as a volunteer leader on the Chicago Association of Realtors. She enjoys imparting knowledge and helping students gain the skills and knowledge to succeed in class and also in their real estate business. Using real-life experiences and other strategies to facilitate learning in a fast-paced environment, students leave her class feeling prepared to study for (and pass!) the real estate exam — and to find continued career success.
