    Anne Segal is a licensed attorney in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Illinois. She is also a real estate agent in California and Arizona. She is currently a lecturer at the University of Arizona Medical School and teaches various subjects. Anne spends time in Santa Cruz, California, as well as Tucson, Arizona, and has closed more than $9 million in real estate transactions. She is passionate about teaching ethics, laws, and disclosure issues to pre-licensing students.

    Dave is a second-generation realtor, licensed in 2006. He entered real estate just before the Great Recession’s market crash, and much of what he knows, he learned during the most challenging landscape for any real estate professional. He worked with first-time and highly qualified buyers, and he learned how to sell homes for clients in a buyer’s market with financial challenges. Leveraging what he learned during the recession, he hopes to pass on that knowledge to the next generation of licensed agents.

    Gary obtained his California broker’s license in 2007 and, in 2016, he earned his Arizona real estate broker’s license. He also began instructing part-time at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business (ASREB) in July 2016. With Colibri Group’s acquisition of ASREB, Gary’s real estate instructor responsibilities expanded to Colibri Real Estate and its largest California brand, Allied Schools. In 2019, Gary was named the Arizona Journal of Real Estate’s educator of the year. In 2022, he earned a Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) certification, as well as a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI).

    Jackie Kuder has more than 20 years of experience as a residential real estate professional. She also has 5-plus years of experience teaching pre-licensing classes, including: Principles, Practice, and Legal Aspects, as well as teaching a two-day exam prep class to help students pass the state exam. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing/management from California State University-Fullerton. Jackie also has a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law.

    For over 40 years, Jeff Haring has been a realtor in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. He specializes in selling homes and land, procuring leases, and property management. For over a decade, Jeff was a sales manager for a national brokerage with three offices and over 100 sales agents. During that time, he trained and coached many new licensees to improve their knowledge, skills, and selling ability. Over the years, Jeff has served on several association panels and committees, with an emphasis on legal support issues. He’s eager to help anyone interested in a career in real estate to excel in this industry.

    Earning her real estate license in 2000, Leanne McCracken has served in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She holds an M.B.A. from California State University-Bakersfield. In 2019, Leanne began teaching business and sales classes at California State University-Bakersfield and, a few years later, began teaching at Colibri Real Estate. She loves teaching because she gets the opportunity to share her passion with others while helping them achieve their career goals and dreams.

    Lori is a client-focused broker with over 21 years of hands-on experience buying and selling commercial and residential properties. To attain a California broker’s license, Lori earned the following credentials: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). She is also a member of the Solano Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Additionally, Lori is a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agency Council, Women’s Council of REALTORS, Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council, and the Certified Residential Specialists Council.

Her understanding of pricing, risk-management, portfolio goals, acquisitions, and negotiations is a great resource for students. She holds a bachelor’s in business management with a focus in real estate law and finance. She is a current member of Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Michigan Association of Realtors.

    Mark has 34 years of professional experience in a variety of aspects of real estate, including financial and market analysis, project and property management, investment and residential real estate brokerage, development, affordable housing, teaching at the university level, consulting, and third-party review. Mark was also an adjunct professor in the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy where he taught under-graduate and graduate-level real estate courses. Mark is a former director at the Housing Rights Center, a non-profit organization focused on preventing, litigating, and eradicating cases of housing discrimination. He was also a member of the Development and Audit Committees for The Trevor Project.

    Minnesota-raised and now a long-time California resident, Rebecca first started her career in education, graduating from Hamline University in 2012 with degrees in English and education. Then, after buying her first home in 2018, she entered the real estate market. To date, Rebecca has been a realtor for over three years in Northern California, focusing on first-time home buyers to help them navigate the stressful transition into homeownership. As an instructor with Colibri Real Estate, Rebecca’s teaching style is a blend of visual and interactive lectures as she aims to help students pass their California exam the first time.

    Stephanie has been a real estate broker in California for over 16 years. She has managed several broker offices in North Orange County, and her latest position was as regional manager of a well-known brokerage in the area. In this role, she managed more than 175 agents, conducting training and business planning sessions. Throughout her career, Stephanie has also sold homes as a broker; most recently, she closed two multi-million-dollar homes. Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in organizational management.
