    Noel is a native of New York State’s Southern Tier and has always had a passion for educating others. He obtained two bachelor’s degrees from Syracuse University in mathematics and linguistics, then went on to pursue a master’s degree in teaching from State University of New York-Cortland with a concentration in mathematics. When he isn’t teaching in the real estate world, Noel continues to tutor students in grades 8-12 with various math topics.

    Nonye Ononogbu has been a licensed Illinois real estate instructor since 2018. She received her broker license in 2016 and her managing broker license in 2020. She currently serves as a volunteer leader on the Chicago Association of Realtors. She enjoys imparting knowledge and helping students gain the skills and knowledge to succeed in class and also in their real estate business. Using real-life experiences and other strategies to facilitate learning in a fast-paced environment, students leave her class feeling prepared to study for (and pass!) the real estate exam — and to find continued career success.

    Olá Manét has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 2005. She has bought and sold properties throughout most of Southern California with a primary focus more recently on beach communities. Olá started her real estate career as an investor flipper and land development project manager. Her early real estate experience also included restaurant clients and managing a brokerage that exclusively sold bank-owned REO listings. Today, she works with equestrian ranches, condominiums, creative office space, vacant land, and luxury ocean view homes. Her strengths include contracts, negotiations, ethics, and risk management. Olá has a bachelor’s of science in business administration from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.

After purchasing her first house, she decided to get her own real estate license. she bought her first house she decided to get my real estate license. She loves versatility and likes to offer a variety of services for her clients. She is also a mindset/accountability Life Coach. She believes you should never let fear hold you back from living your dream life.

    Minnesota-raised and now a long-time California resident, Rebecca first started her career in education, graduating from Hamline University in 2012 with degrees in English and education. Then, after buying her first home in 2018, she entered the real estate market. To date, Rebecca has been a realtor for over three years in Northern California, focusing on first-time home buyers to help them navigate the stressful transition into homeownership. As an instructor with Colibri Real Estate, Rebecca’s teaching style is a blend of visual and interactive lectures as she aims to help students pass their California exam the first time.

    Rhoda is a broker and sales associate in New Jersey. She’s also a licensed instructor and a practicing REALTOR®, owning a successful real estate business since 2004. Prior to her real estate career, Rhoda held a leadership role for a major New York City financial firm. She’s been an active instructor since 2014, and she believes in bringing real-world experience into the classroom with engaging and animated teaching methods — with a little humor to boot. She holds the following certifications/designations: ABR, AHWD, SFR, CDPE, e-Pro, SRS, CIPS, RENE.

    Richard “”RJ”” Gallegos has 20-plus years in the real estate industry. He has consulted, served as IOR, or taught directly in all 50 states. RJ has numerous publications written and copyrighted via the Library of Congress. He’s also a certified distance education instructor (CDEI) and distinguished real estate instructor (DREI), as designated by the Real Estate Educators Association to set the standard for excellence in real estate instruction.

    Sarah Crandall obtained her real estate license in 2015 after completing a master’s in psychology. She became SFR-certified in 2021 and is honored to have obtained awards for production, customer service, and public speaking. During the course of her real estate career, Sarah has served on multiple committees with her local board of realtors. Additionally, she taught classes for the brokerage under which she’s currently licensed to include the Psychology of Sales, Time Blocking 101, Finding Your Why, and Negotiations. Sarah also currently serves as a mentor for her brokerage.

    Sheree is a seasoned, certified real estate instructor through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Beginning her career as a full-time realtor in 2000, she has 14 years of experience as a managing broker and trainer. In her tenure, Sheree received several realtor designations approved by the National Association of REALTORS®, including ABR, GRI, and CRS. She obtained her broker license in 2006 and has been active in her local board of realtors. Additionally, Sheree was a chairperson of the Membership Committee at the Greater Nashville Board of Realtors and a member of the Professionalism & Ethics Board at Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.

In this role, she managed more than 175 agents, conducting training and business planning sessions. Throughout her career, Stephanie has also sold homes as a broker; most recently, she closed two multi-million-dollar homes. Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in organizational management.

His areas of expertise include landlord/tenant rights, real estate development, residential and commercial acquisitions/sales, facility management, sustainability and recycling, and property management.

She began her career in real estate as a marketing manager in the shopping center industry, working for General Growth Properties (formerly Rouse Co.), where she won an ICSC MAXI and ICSC MAXI Merit award for marketing excellence in public relations and retail sales and promotions. Her favorite real estate practice is pairing investors to strategic assets to be transformed into highest and best use. As a small business advocate, she also enjoys working with small business owners to secure premier sites in Alabama.

In his tenure, Trudy was the director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, as well as president of the Hawaii Association of Realtors; he was also a chair on the Real Estate Commision.

    Velore Brown has been actively involved in the real estate industry for more than 30 years as an agent, associate broker, managing broker, real property appraiser, Michigan property tax assessor, and educator. She currently owns a real estate brokerage firm, as well as Atlantic Real Estate Institute, LLC in Savannah, Georgia. Velore holds a bachelor’s in finance and management from DePaul University in Chicago. She also holds 15-plus real estate-related licenses, designations, and certifications. Additionally, Velore holds the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) certification. She has also earned the Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI®).

    Vickie S. Rogers is a 1992 Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. She has been a licensed broker in Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia. After a successful career in listing and selling residential properties plus earning many designations, Vickie decided to give back by mentoring other agents. Mentoring lead to the desire to teach. She first taught pre-licensing courses for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute for Mississippi. Later, she started teaching courses for the Florida Association of REALTORS® and, currently, she teaches pre-license and continuing education courses for Georgia. Her favorite topics are Code of Ethics, License Law, and Federal Fair Housing.
