    For over 40 years, Jeff Haring has been a realtor in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. He specializes in selling homes and land, procuring leases, and property management. For over a decade, Jeff was a sales manager for a national brokerage with three offices and over 100 sales agents. During that time, he trained and coached many new licensees to improve their knowledge, skills, and selling ability. Over the years, Jeff has served on several association panels and committees, with an emphasis on legal support issues. He’s eager to help anyone interested in a career in real estate to excel in this industry.

    Jennifer Quiring has been a licensed Pennsylvania realtor since 2016. She has experience with both buyers and sellers as an individual agent and in a team. Today, Jennifer is also licensed in both New Jersey and New York. She also teaches pre-licensing courses for Pennsylvania with Colibri Real Estate. She holds a bachelor’s in human resource management.

    Jenny Linich is an active, top-producing broker in South Carolina and North Carolina, primarily serving the Charlotte metro area. Since earning her real estate license in 1985, she’s worked in several sectors of the industry, including: new home sales and management, custom home construction, property management, and general brokerage. In 2007, after relocating to Charlotte from Arizona, Jenny began teaching pre-licensing, Advanced Principles, Broker A & B, Property Management, and continuing education in South Carolina.

    Jenny has over 15 years in real estate investing experience. She has been a licensed sales agent since 2018 and has earned her GRI and SRES designations from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Jenny is also a Gold Standard Instructor through the Real Estate Educators Association. Along with her real estate experience, Jenny has an extensive background in information technology, systems management/development, and project management. She earned her master’s from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in adult learning theory, instructional design, and human performance. She loves to teach and share her knowledge and experience so others may benefit as they start begin their own real estate journey.

    Jodi, a life-time resident of Illinois, has over 25 years of experience in the real estate market. She began her career on the Northwest Side of Chicago, then continued to grow her business to include the Chicagoland suburbs. In her tenure, Jodi has been a managing broker on the North Shore, an Illinois pre-license instructor, and an instructor at Baird & Warner (for newly licensed agents). Additionally, Jodi holds several designations and awards.

    Kevin is a licensed real estate broker; hear earned his Texas brokers license in 1996. He holds an associate’s degree in real estate from Richland College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Texas-Dallas. In his tenure, Kevin earned seven real Estate designations: ABR, CRP, GDS, NRES, RDC, TCLS, TCLPM. For 15 years, he taught pre-licensing courses at Richland College and, today, teaches with Colibri Real Estate. To date, Kevin estimates that he’s prepared more than 1,000 students for the Texas real estate exam.

    Laura started her real estate career in 2016 and, in 2019, began teaching real estate pre-licensing classes. Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs who work in the home improvement business, Laura started her own to help clients with the remodeling process and to add value to their homes. This, coupled with flipping a handful of homes with her husband, led Laura to enter real estate full time as an agent. Laura’s second passion is teaching. She holds a secondary education degree in math and science from Eastern Washington University and she enjoys helping students achieve their goals.

    Earning her real estate license in 2000, Leanne McCracken has served in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She holds an M.B.A. from California State University-Bakersfield. In 2019, Leanne began teaching business and sales classes at California State University-Bakersfield and, a few years later, began teaching at Colibri Real Estate. She loves teaching because she gets the opportunity to share her passion with others while helping them achieve their career goals and dreams.

    Leigh Anne Losh is a 14-year veteran of the real estate industry and currently works at Help-U-Sell Direct Savings Real Estate based in Waynesboro. In her tenure, she has represented clients across the Shenandoah Valley in over 475 real estate transactions. She studied business marketing at James Madison University and, afterward, began work in title underwriting and settlement services. Passionate about contract law and marketing, Leigh Anne has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. In 2022, she earned her license to teach real estate and currently teaches the Principles of Real Estate pre-licensing course with Colibri Real Estate.

    Lillie Williams boasts 40 years in real estate and 32 years in public education. Currently, she’s the owner and CEO of New Pathways Consultants, LLC, an educational service company for real estate training. In conjunction, she also teaches at Colibri Real Estate. In her tenure, she served as an instructor of science and math in secondary institutions from public middle schools and high schools to universities and military education centers. To further her work experiences, Lillie earned her real estate salesperson’s license in 1983 and a Georgia real estate broker license in 1986. She currently serves as a school director/owner and a licensed broker in the metro-Atlanta area.
